I feel bad for saying that I can only feel alright when I dissociate – that isn’t as true as it can feel. We can be poisoned on our own biochemicals. The most successful of those who would do such things, have known this well and developed the science for some time. The bright side of learning this the hard way is learning how to reverse engineer it. If Traumatic inputs and stimuli were how my systems were hijacked and cross-wired, then it stands to reason that healing could be a pretty good time.“
